Over three years ago, we began building a new kind of streaming network. Videos, podcasts, and courses covering movement, breath, money, relationships, mental health, and family. Content built for depth and intentional living, curated by people rather than algorithms. We built Streambrio on a new and fairer model: half of every subscription goes back to the creators on our network.
Building it, we have spoken with hundreds of incredible creators all over the world. People with real courage, putting themselves out there week after week. Running real businesses, mostly alone, and doing it without help. Not tools, not advice, not information. The same stories kept surfacing. The same struggles, the same exhaustion, the same moving forward blindly. A lot of learning the hard way.
We are still launching Streambrio with our incredible creator partners, and now we are supporting creators everywhere with Halden Press. Coming from film and television ourselves, we know what goes into your work, everything behind the scenes, and the business you carry while making it. We respect what you do so much, and we want to support you in sharing your gift with the world.
We designed Halden Press to be a story about you. Not another dashboard; you have plenty of those. A weekly publication. A press. Something with the patience to read all of it, the work, the comments, the numbers, and write back what is actually there: the brand your audience has been building around you, in their own words. The room you did not know was there. The content that deserved better. The strategy that ties it together, with a strategist’s honesty about what comes next. Halden never tells you what to do, and it never writes from evidence that is not there. The conclusions always belong to you, just as the comments they come from were always yours.
The truest description is probably two great friends. Passionate builders with huge hearts, who spent long careers in television dreaming of escaping the hours that kept us from our families and friends, and of one day working side by side. So we launched a fair business that gives back, which has somehow become two. All of it to celebrate humanity, the vitality and fulfillment we are all capable of, and the bold creators who show us how, every single day.
With Halden Press, the bottom line is this: your story was never ours to tell. It is already written, out there, in the work you have given so much to create and the people it reached. Nothing about you should ever be dictated by a platform, and nothing we write here ever is. We simply do the reading, because we love your work, we love the courage it takes to keep making it, and we think people like you deserve to finally see what it all means.
